I was very blessed to be accepted as an intern in a hospital where I have always wantd to work at. It is a known school that gives high quality health care. I told my mother about it and she said that I should get a uniform already that matches the color of the uniforms used by people on that hospital. I am very excited and so I searched for sites that offer scrubs. I also consider the sites that offer affordable scrubs and there were like thousands of them. The color of the uniform there was chocolate brown and so I kept on looking for shops or tailors that make those. However, we gave up because there were no tailors willing to do it in a short period of time. Life is so full of stressful events. Money, family and time seems to be the top problems that I have. it feels like there is no solution to it. I always run out of time and everything is not going to the way where I want it to be. It was an event in my life wherein I thought that nothing could ever go right. I was so depressed and I felt like slumping down on my bed all the time.

My colleague noticed what I was going through and she told me that I needed to take a break from this fast paced life that we are in. She told me all about yoga retreats. I haven’t heard of that before. I never thought that there is such thing. Yoga and vacation in one? well it didn’t sound bad. I was enticed by her explanation.
